Chef Monojit was extremely friendly and a joy to have during our vacation. This is a person we were with on a daily basis so having someone we were happy to see is always important! He was very open to cooking anything we requested. He made some amazing meals for us and was very flexible with making other options for those who wanted something different. We loved having him and his wife who assisted him and would be happy to have them again!

Absolutely recommend. Just make sure the menu doesn’t include items you are allergic to or not to your personal taste as due to availability in St. Bart’s, items can get changed last minute.
It’s totally worth it to stay in and leave the cooking and the cleaning to a food connoisseur. A great treat!

Davide and his sous chef Carlos were Amazing! SUPER PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, ACCOMENDATING. He even drove us around to see the city. When I come back i will book Davide again. We had 6 services and the food were great all week. Best thing ever!
