Alan was fantastic. Chatted with us when we wanted conversation and left to ourselves when we didn't. The food was truly great and Alan showed flexibility in his menu right up until the week before. Truly fantastic evening and a great way to enjoy brilliant food.

Alejandro Carbonell was amazing! He done an amazing menu to suit our taste buds! The food, presentation and service was 10/10. The kitchen was left spotless! I will definitely use them again! Great team!

Chef Andreas created a dining experience we will never forget, the combination of flavors were exotic, original and we would never have thought of combining those flavors together. The whole 5 course meal was perfect and all of us were packed full after the last dish. Andreas was also a very nice company, polite and fun to have around, he explained every dish and it was amazing to know the creativity that went in to each dish. Before he left he left the kitchen spotless and also left us with a little Leftovers from the meal ???? This is something everyone should try and I hope you will be so lucky to have him as your chef

Keith was outstanding! Not only is he an excellent chef and explained to us the dishes he prepared, but being in Ireland the first time ourselves, he was more than happy answering our questions about the country. Food was delicious and was an amazing experience. I would recommend Keith to anyone!

Rob was fantastic. The food was exceptional and the presentation was delightful. We can’t wait to have him back again in the future and try another cuisine. We would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Paul. His Italian/Japanese fusion menu was perfect for the occasion and also delicious. Paul took the time to answer our questions and was very interesting to chat to. His skill & attitude made for an excellent evening!

I have never previously had a private chef experience but hopefully it won't be the last time. Rob had put in a huge amount of prep. The food was amazing. He also struck the right balance between leaving us to enjoy our dinner party, and being engaging and chatting with us when we wanted to ask him questions (which you will want to do when the food is THIS good).

The chef Monif was perfect, the food was of high quality with a nice presentation, it was very good! I recommend this chef for your dinners at home. It was really a great culinary experience. thank you Chef Monif !! see you soon

Firstly it was the menu that made us go for Alan and he really delivered. Lovely food, prepared and presented beautifully. All 5 courses were excellent. Alan also made the evening tick perfectly. It was a Valentine’s dinner but we chose to eat in the kitchen/diner so we could see him at work which was great and Alan was a lot of fun to chat to. Definitely recommend Alan.
