Outstanding perfection! Andy "cheffed" for 16 of us at my 50th birthday celebration and he certainly didn't disappoint. It's a gamble choosing someone online that you don't know or haven't been recommended but I knew from the off I had nothing to worry about. Andy's menu selection from which to choose the final dishes was unbelievable and made it hard to narrow down. He cooked 3 courses for 16 of us, with canapes (additional ones too!) with bread at the table and there were clean plates all round. The term "fine dining" always conjoures up big plates/small portions - not with Andy, he's definitely a feeder and the quality and quantity of his products are fabulous. Above all, Andy is a fantastic guy, very easy to work with and the evening just rolled. We loved the added touch of him coming to the table to run through the dishes before we ate them. I would certainly recommend Andy and will look for any excuse to have him to return to cook again for us. Keep up the fantastic work.

I would highly recommend Paul. His Italian/Japanese fusion menu was perfect for the occasion and also delicious. Paul took the time to answer our questions and was very interesting to chat to. His skill & attitude made for an excellent evening!
