Alan was amazing. His food was absolutely insane, every single course (and surprise course!!) was utterly delicious. He was extremely helpful in putting the menu together beforehand when people in our party of 14 couldn't eat something. He arrived with his assistant and I wasn't allowed to lift a finger, he literally just got on with everything without hesitation and when they left it was like they hadn't even been there, it was spotless!
