Executive and Private chef with 16 years’ experience in fine dining, Michelin Starred and award-winning international restaurants such as "El Bulli", el "celler de can Roca", "Nobu" "Zuma".... My dedication and passion for cooking, prioritizing the seasonal and the organic products, have given me the opportunity to work alongside some of the best chefs in the world, adhering to high standards of creativity, innovation and management. This experience has been invaluable for my professional development and understanding of the culinary industry considering and respecting sustainability of the food market as a flagship, always.
