I am a dedicated and experienced chef I have worked in some of the best Hotels and kitchens London like The Landmark, Dorchester, The Savoy. etc.
I am a experienced and professional chef I have previously worked at the Landmark, The Savoy, The Barkley in London. before moving to leading Peruvian restaurant Limalondon along side with my brother Robert Ortiz where in 2013 we won a Michelin Star and following this in 2016 I went on to open the successful Peruvian Restaurant In Fitzrovia called Pisqu. Adding to this I enjoy teaching culinary lessons at google offices in London.
