I am a fully schooled chef. I did my apprenticeship with the Savoy hotel in London where I spent 7 years. I moved on to work abroad for hotels such as Four Seasons, Oryx Rotana and Intercontinental. I have a solid background and over 30 years experience which has made me the person that I am today and I still have the same passion as I did when I began.
