Cuisine enthusiast. I seek perfection in every dish. I think different.

Vincenzo De Giorgio was born in 1965, in Taranto, in a family in which the cuisine is synonymous of passion and conviviality. As a child he manages between his uncle’s bakery and his personal vegetable garden. After attending the Hotel School, he starts his working experiences in various restaurants, from taverns to five stars Hotels, taking part to numerous competitions, placing himself in excellent positions.

In 2000 he opens the catering service “La Grande Eventi” and he starts working in his own Hotels: a structure signed Best Western in Prato in 2002, and the Resort San Giorgio in 2009. He moves continuously, together with the never-ending desire to improve himself and his personal style. That is why, after his last experience at Hotel Terminal and at Villa la Meridiana, where he directed and organized the restaurants, De Giorgio moved in London for you.
