A young passionate chef who loves working with fresh seasonal produce.

I am a passionate chef who has grown up cooking high standard, home style meals. Growing up on a farm and in the countryside has centered my cooking to dishes that use local, seasonal produce to creat fresh and healthy meals. Being young I am enthusiastic to learn more and always up for the challenge of gaining new skills as well as having a bubbly, easy going personality!

Cooking is my true passion. I absolutely love everything about it, from the rush of plating up to keeping the space clean and tidy

I learned to cook at...

My mother was the person to teach me and to initial ignite my passion & am currently doing a 7 week intense chef programme to further my skills.

A role model in the kitchen is...

I take inspiration from a lot of chefs, Mary Berry for baking but chefs that focus on locality and sustainability always catch my eye!
