Hi my name is Tom and I'm professional chef with 17 years experience in the culinary world. I studied the School of Hospitality in Prague, and in 2001 I joined the Ambiente restaurants group in Prague which includes the Michelin star La Degustation restaurant. In 2017 I joined The IVY Bath, UK restaurant.

My passion and my lifestyle. I believe the food what we eat should be not only tasty but also must have a positive input to our health and well-being.

I was fortunate to learn culinary practices at in Ambiente restaurant group where we're cooking everything with fresh ingredients in the house.

I do respect Gordon Ramsay because of his positive impact on many people.
