I started my career working in successful Gastropubs in the South West. Then deciding to pursue my interest in global food by traveling the world for two years to gain a wider understanding of different cuisines. Starting in France onward to South America, Australia, finally Asia. Working in a string of top-end restaurants along the way.

Fresh, locally sourced produce is key to my ethos. I work very closely with our suppliers, allowing me to produce vibrant delicious dishes in keeping with the seasons. My customers choose me and from the initial contact they work very closely with me to design a menu that’s perfect for their needs. I can provide guests advice on what will work for their event, never promising anything we are unable to deliver.

All of the menus I offer are more of an example of the style and variation of my cooking. I can discuss different ideas you 've had and come up with ideas that would work. Maybe particular meat or fish you would like to use then plan the meal around this. Alternatively, leave it all up to me!
