I am a classically trained chef with over 25 years of experience learning my trade in high class establishments in London.
I first developed my passion for cooking when I was around eight years old. I was curious as to how my mother created such delicious meals so I started watching and helping her in the kitchen.
Throughout the years I continued to hone my skills in the kitchen and went on to work in some of the most prestigious restaurants in London, working under Michelin starred chefs. I have worked as a Senior Chef at “The Collection” on South Brompton Street, “60 St James” at Green Park, and “Café Nico” at Hyde Park. I was also Head Chef at the trendy restaurant Pasha for several years where I was able to hone my skills on Moroccan and North African cuisine.
I work very closely with the client to create a bespoke menu and cater for all dietary requirements.

Booked Chef Terry for a Valentine's (2021) treat, he came to us and prepared the most amazing meal, we have eaten at some great restaurants in the UK and France but the flavours Terry brought to our table were truly amazing he is a culinary artist.
My wife is a fussy vegetarian with a couple of minor intolerances he listened to us and produced a lovely menu which was everything we wanted, with spectacular smells from the kitchen our taste buds waited in anticipation and then in heaven when the good arrived.
