I am Guy, born in Barcelona with a Spanish mother. I have had the opportunity to work in restaurants such as "Tapas 24" (Carles Abellan), "Espai Sucre" and "Compartir en Cadaques" (Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch). Since then I have always been in search of excellence trying new Concepts and differents foods and sharing them with the people around me learning day by day.
