I am a private chef with experience cooking in a two hatted restaurant in Melbourne (equivalent to 2 Michelin stars). I have been working as a chef for 8 years. I am qualified in both patisserie and fine dining. I am classically French trained but I love Asian cooking and I specialise in fusion and world cuisine. .
