Hello guys!! Allow me to introduce myself! I am Simon Kistler born and raised in the Philippines but a part of me is Swiss. I've been a chef for six years and I have been working in different parts of the world just to search for new techniques, food and most of all new ingredients to try out. I love to try new dishes, things that make it more interesting for people to eat and to tell a story about. If you were wondering what countries I have been cooking ; Philippines, Switzerland, America, and lastly here in UK. I've been mostly cooking for big brand hotels, and I am trained in fine dining, but this doesn't stop me from making amazing home cooked meals.
