I trained with some fantastic chefs at Sheffields Culinary Collage, gaining various qualifications from, professional chef diploma to pcd advanced pastry techniques, then at the young age of 18 moved to London and worked in various prestigious restaurants and hotels for 5 years.
Before moving back to Sheffield and eventually landing at the milestone and being involved with the t.v. program Ramsay's best resturant and getting through to the final 3 winning the title of best British food category.
My secret in the kitchen is using under utilized cuts and products and making them into something amazing, while opening peopled minds to new foods
