I aim to bring outstanding dishes to your home, or air BnB residence,

I had a classical French training, back in the day, but have changed with the times and like to cook modern day cuisine underpinned by classical techniques, im at home using sous vide or traditional pan work, and have a strong intrest in patisserie and Asian food
