

Get to know me better
A young chef that is very passionate for his craft.
It all began when I was around 10 years old cooking the family meal and experimenting around with spices, herbs and seasoning.
My passion and love for cooking started from when I decided to take up a professional cookery course at Basingstoke college at the age of 17 years old, I studied for a year where I learnt the basics of french cuisine.
Then I decided to adventure out into the industry to experience it as a whole and learn on the job, For more than 7 years I have continued to develop and learn new skills/techniques to my craft.
I have been fortunate enough to cook inside Berkshires best restaurants with the industry’s most respected chefs, I have worked in 2AA gastro pubs and Michelin starred restaurants where I gained the fine dining experience and perfecting my craft and always striving to do better and improve.
I have been a Masterchef the professionals 2020 contestant, I cooked for Britain’s most acclaimed best critics and creating my own menus to be served and be judged, I finished at the final (16) out of 32 chefs across the entire country as a quarter finalist.
