A very enthusiastic guy, with a lot of spirit to grow in the kitchen world!
I'm a cooker with 5 years experience in the kitchen. I studied, and after I did also a specialised course, in a hospitality school in Bologna, Italy. I start my career in the pastry-making and after I worked properly in the kitchen becoming the appetizer CDP and helping all the other section. I was the youngest one in the kitchen so I was the person who was always looking for innovation. I came here in London to grow up at first with my language and my professional life, but also to know a lot of new culture, and to be honest I'm finding that.
