Get to know me better

A very enthusiastic guy, with a lot of spirit to grow in the kitchen world!

I'm Riccardo, I'm 24 and I come from Modena(Italy).

I'm a chef with 9 years experience in kitchen in between Italy, Spain and UK.

I started at the age of 14 to work at the best restauran in my small hometown.

I studied in hospitality school and at the age of 17 I moved to Bologna for a specialisation course, to master my knowledge.

I had the opportunity to work in Sevilla during an Erasmus project and once get back I started working in Bologna for three year in a fine dining restaurant.

After that I needed a different experience and a challenge to push myself, so at the age of 20 I moved to London, where I worked in both Spanish and Italian fine dining restaurants.

I'm working as a private chef since September 2022, and constantly pushing myself to improve my skills and capacity in the culinary world.
