I learned my skills at the Culinary Institute of Marseille, and I have over 30 years of cooking experience. I am a passionate cook and love the use of fresh organic produce. My style of cooking creative using what's localIy and seasonally available.
I became a private chef about ten years ago and I have cooked all over Europe and in New York Tribecca, sometimes spending months at the clients holiday home, managing their kitchen and organising large events celebration.
I am happy to discuss dietary requirements, change of dishes, and specific menu ideas or menu theme. I am very flexible and can adapt to last minute situations.
