Being a good chef means giving people a good experience!

I am a professional chef from Napoli, south of Italy.

I have been working as chef for over 12 years, i would describe my food as refined comfort fusion food, mixing my italian background with pan asian cousins, and inspiration from all over the world. I believe that with modern times and new products, there shouldn’t be no more restrictions, what matters is has to taste good! And its our job as chefs to inspire people to look after our planet and sourcing the right products.
