My passion for cooking doesn't come from a heritage of family chef's. In my teenage years where I felt very lost, I started reading a lot of cookery books which inspired me to take on cooking as a profession.
I decided to study for a Chefs Degree in Culinary Arts. Now over a decade down the line and I haven't regretted a second devoting my life to the kitchen, I am a confident and reliable hardworking individual. very passionate about food and learning to progress to the next level within the culinary trade. Always curious for learning new things following & creating recipes. I have a strong background experience and knowledge working with 2AA Modern European/Pan Asian Cuisines which I would like to career on.
