Chef Richard was fab, the food looked and tasted amazing! He presented each course to us with a description and every part of it was so tasty. He was good with communication prior to the event and was friendly on the night. Would definitely recommend him and will use him when we next have a special event!

Richard was professional, innovative and engaging. He was faced with limited and unusual cooking facilities and rose to the occasion with an incredible menu and live cooking main. The food had layers if complex flavours and he had high attention to detail. This was a 24 hour request and he surpassed expectations and delivered a memorable meal. High recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our private chef experience. Richard was very helpful throughout the planning process and asked for feedback on his menu ideas to make sure that I was happy with the menu. I also asked for his advice on wine pairings and his suggestions went beautifully with the courses. The dinner was delicious, and he kept to the committed serving time that we agreed in advance. He cleaned the kitchen and left it spotless.
