Professional Head Chef and private chef.
In few words, my life has revolved around my kitchen ever since. It is the place where I create, experience, sense, write, think, and of course…act.
I see the kitchen as a microcosm where we all live, learn, and enjoy. It is where our values, needs and enjoyment interact with our daily lives. The place where our actions speak much louder than our words, more vividly than anything else.
I am passionate about this art. Moreover, the muse behind it is my love for cooking and the engagement in trying to delight people sitting in front of my dishes.
I truly believe that we can change the world starting from a family dinner, or with friends or simply by our own.
At present freelance chef for private events, but I used to be the Head Chef at Munch Restaurant – Winchmore Hill - London & Water Veg Restaurant, I also worked at Isaac McHale’s Luca Restaurant in London.
