I am a self-taught plant-based chef, specialising in showcasing incredible, vibrant, exciting vegan food. I run a week pop-up cafe in Highgate, London, I cater for events and private dinners, I run workshops and classes, and also offer diet and lifestyle coaching. I am passionate about the boundless opportunity for creating unique dishes out of wonderful local, seasonal, fresh, organic, colourful ingredients. I believe that food is nourishment - our bodies deserve the best.
