I define my self as a perfectionist.

My passion for cooking led me to pursue a degree in Food Chemistry. I have 10+ years of experience in different type and style of cuisine from traditional to new modern and molecular. Accrued in high-profile restaurants in Italy, in the UK and personal studies.

I am currently working at the Fat Duck ( 3 Michelin star and 5AA rosette restaurant).
