I define my self as a perfectionist.
My passion for cooking led me to pursue a degree in Food Chemistry. I have 10+ years of experience in different type and style of cuisine from traditional to new modern and molecular. Accrued in high-profile restaurants in Italy, in the UK and personal studies.
I am currently working at the Fat Duck ( 3 Michelin star and 5AA rosette restaurant).

Piero is a young chef that has passion and talent. He really understand his trade and his ingredients. His communication was excellent and his menu surpassed all my expectations. The dishes were beautifully presented, not too fussy and every ingredient used had a place on the dish. Every courses tasted amazing. Piero has a very bright future ahead of him and I'm glad we found him. I couldn't recommend him highly enough and I can't wait to have him back.
