Having been inspired by my grand mother's cooking. I started teaching myself when I was fourteen years old. I worked in prestigious restaurants like Le Tastevin (2 Michelin star)

And work oversea in Japan (which help me to develop a unique style of cooking) I have been in London for 20 years where I worked for high table and Avenance. I guaranty client satisfaction by always being readily available regardless of the contraints. I can provide first class meal, cooking classes, finger food, canapés and wine testing.
