Get to know me better

Classically french trained but worked in double A rosette British establishment and now a senior chef at a middle eastern restaurant.

I am a Corden Bleu classically trained chef based in Maida Vale. I enjoy creating food for families who are keen to make memories. With personal experience with food intolerances so am knowledgable with alternative ingredients and with a variety of suppliers who can get what I need! I have a design background based in fashion so I am a very creative individual and well traveled person having lived in San Francisco, Hong Kong and London during my 20's. I am extremely driven and will work very hard to create beautiful, seasonal food for any occasions whether it be meal prep throughout the week or preparing food in advance. I am also keen on farm to table aspect of cooking and having the knowledge of how produce is grown and sharing it with people. I am also very keen on involving children within cooking. Children are always so interested so why not involve them, teach them and encourage them to try new and wonderful foods!
