I am Paola, Chef with a Kosher cooking technique, specialized in cooking for athletes, macrobiotic cooking, vegan and alkaline diet. With experience in catering and events
With international experience, after passing through several kitchens in Ecuador, Israel, Amsterdam and Barcelona; She now lives in Tenerife, where she has lived for 18 years, of which 15 as head chef.
Currently, a gastronomic trainer and manager, she participates in gastronomic events by conducting show cookings and training on local and international cuisine.
