I am a professional cook with 10+ years of experience working in commercial kitchens in London and Sydney, Australia. During this time I have been able to learn and develop numerous cooking techniques, an assortment of styles of cuisines, time management and prioritisation, good communication and attention to detail. Able to adapt to stressful or unexpected situations with a can-do attitude. Always enthusiastic to learn and improve, keen to seek and receive feedback to further myself as well as my employer.
