I'm a professional chef with 10 years experience. I trained for 7 years in London and am now based back in Lancashire and Manchester.
I like creative, seasonal food that is made for sharing - cooked with imagination and great ingredients that tell a story about the land on which we live. I'm trained in seasonal British and Middle Eastern styles of cooking. Can also dabble with Asian, American BBQ and Mediterranean.
