A professional chef with 12 years experience working in London and Manchester. I specialise in Middle Eastern inspired feasting food - fresh plates with colour and spice designed for sharing. I believe passionately in the benefits of local sourcing - both for communities and the flavour of the food itself, and design each menu around the best ingredients available in the time and place. I offer tasting menu services, buffets, snacks, salads and BBQ's. We love to share our food and supplier stories - and can gladly produce short booklets to match our menu's, introducing you to ourselves, the ingredients, and the people who produce them. I generally work with my friend Leanne, who has many years experience managing FOH and can share her knowledge of matching wine.
