Passionate and inspired about the flavours and infusion of different cultures.

I started my gastronomic career in New Zealand and graduated from the Hofmann School of Hostelry, in Barcelona. I had the opportunity to work with the elBarri (Iglesias and Adrià) in Barcelona. Today I am settled in UK working for Soho House. I am a creative, passionate about using different techniques such as sous vide.
