Get to know me better

I am a chef for whom cooking is all about connection, to nature and one another.

Provenance and sourcing of the very best ingredients combined with a passion for Modern European food as well as cuisines from further afield in particular Mexico and the Indian sub-continent are at the heart of my cooking; I pride myself on having an exacting level of service, being calm in the face of chaos and absolute discretion.

I have over ten years’ experience in the restaurant and private sector. My initial career was spent working in various kitchens in London including Alastair Little, Theo Randall and Alison Price before I moved into start-ups and private cheffing. My client list includes corporate and personal clients from the worlds of film, politics, music and industry, taking me all over Europe and beyond including a stint in a street restaurant in Cochin, Kerala, India,

I have had recipes published in various cookbooks and The Guardian and has also worked on the food styling for a number of books including revised edition of the most influential and successful Italian cook book of the last 50 years, The Silver Spoon. In addition, I have been Home Economist on a number of film and television productions including the BBC drama Trigonometry & Joanna Hogg’s latest feature film with Tilda Swinton, The Eternal Daughter.

Running the two sides to my career has meant extremely long hours (sometimes 100 hour weeks) and after some ten years of this, I am now looking for a private chef positions that would allow me a greater work/ life balance.
