I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry and hold a degree from Salford university in hospitality management I have worked for chefs who command both 3 and 2 Michelin stars and regularly enter competition and I'm a member of the Federation of Chef's Scotland. I'm currently the Head Chef at the oldest pub in Scotland.
