I am a Executive Head Chef with almost 20+ years of working not only in hotels, but also luxury restaurants and fine dining bistros around the UK. I prefer to tailor fit a menu as no one is exactly the same and no two people are the same, I am happy to literally talk through a complete menu with you before the date of your function.
I specialise in Local Food and British Cuisine, I have extremely reputable suppliers who are local to me and I work extremely closely with them to being the best of culinary flair but the best ingredients too.
I was trained originally at LSB in London back in 2002 and qualified with honours.... I am also a registered member of the Chefs Guild of GB.
I also work in a number of restaurants within the South and you are welcome to come and meet me and enjoy the food and service at Restaurants I work within as a head chef....
