I am a chef with a Michelin star experience and very passionate about what I do.
My name is Neel soni. My passion for cooking started at an early age, when I first cooked Dal-Rice in my home kitchen from then it's like never looking back. Talking about my experience, I have worked in the USA with Marriot's biggest property in Nashville, TN.
Then I boarded a flight to Australia to learn about the food culture there. I worked with
Sake Melbourne VIC. It was awarded Chef Hat ( it's basically Michelin in Australia ). Now, here I am in London to explore the food culture around here. I worked with Gymkhana, Mayfair. "
