I am a passionate individual that has been working on the hospitality sector for 10 years. I started out by doing my level 2 and 3 in professional cookery. Obtaining certificates in both courses and first aid training as well as fire training. I have been working in 3 rossete and 1 star michelin restaurants and hotels since obtaining my qualifications. Incredibly focused and driven to achieve my goals.
