I have 20 years experience in Hospitality and have achieved 2 Culinary Olympic medals when representing my Country, I work with a range of styles.
I work with a team of chefs who will come out to your event depending on who is best suited for your event, we love food and cooking and have done this most of our lives and would like to share our work with as many people as possible. Having worked in a variety of restaurants and hotels, we have excellent experience and can tailor a menu to any requirements and budget in order to suit specific needs and requests for a booking.
