I am a self taught chef with years of cooking experience, I started a Supper Club at my home and quickly developed into cooking at other peoples homes. Seasonal food is my specialty, supplied from a local network of suppliers/growers. There are no short cuts in my cuisine, everything is cooked from scratch.
