I am a highly motivated and passionate chef, who enjoys working with fresh ingredients.
I have worked in Wales’ best restaurants and hotels, including multiple rosette rated and Michelin star kitchens. I have also achieved 2 Culinary Olympic medals as part of the Welsh Culinary team and has the opportunity to cook for the Prime Minister at 10 Downing Street, as part of St David’s day celebrations to showcase the best of Wales.
I enjoy working with food and making lasting memories and experiences for those who use my services. My main style is modern British with classical French influence, although I enjoy working with various cuisines. I
