I’m a professional chef and have been for over twenty years now. I’m classically french trained. I studied in London where I grew up and worked in many restaurants in the capital. I moved to Dorset in my twenties with my family. I’ve been married for 12 years to Charlotte. We have two kids, Joanna 10 and Kobi 8. Me and my wife have a catering company Sweet As A Nut Catering which we started back in 2010. I love football, keeping fit and films.
