I have gained vast experience within commercial & private catering, using this to refine my skills and gain a wealth of knowledge on a wide variety of cuisine and styles.

I have a great deal of knowledge in gluten free, free from and cooking for allergens.

I constantly research world foods in order to stay ahead of the trends, as well as keeping up to date with catering news. Inspiration is gained with each and every meal, as learning never stops--flavours, colours and textures are very important to a dish and I look to achieve this.
