Get to know me better

Classical French trained, very modern touch and ingredient and seasonal led

I have 15 years experience in fine dining Michelin starred restaurants and up to 5* hotel. I worked at places such as The Ritz, Claridge's and the 3 Michelin starred Gordon Ramsay Restaurant in Royal hospital road. I worked as senior sous for private members clubs before moving into hotels and achieving high 2 rosettes and up until recently, a Michelin plate getting closer to my long term goal of achieving a Michelin star.

I initially gained my culinary qualifications through the military and then to London restaurants to further gain my experience

For me, cooking is my extreme passion and love eating in different Michelin rates restaurants, foraging and hunting
