I am also the chef founder of Anglo restaurant London which is critically acclaimed and also Chef owner the Spotted dog village pub

food and cooking is pretty much my life, I love to play with different flavour profiles and use modern cooking techniques.

My passion since the age of 6 I love anything to do with cooking and creating dishes.

I learned to cook properly at le manoir under Raymond Blanc.
