I am a professional chef and have over 20 years experience. I have worked in large hotels in London,Italy and France over the years. I now work in the west country and i love that we have so much fresh produce available to us on are doorsteps which to me is very important when we do menu planning for potential clients as we can use a lot of in seasonal ingredients to create a bespoke dining experience for the clients.
