Very passionate on what I cook from the sea to the sky.

FROM 2002 UP TO DATE I CREATE MY OWN CATERING COMPANY THAT ORGANISE BIG EVENTS, WEDDINGS, BIG COMPANY DINNERS AND FESTIVAL FOR STREET FOOD.

I WORK OVER SUMMER TIME IN THE MOST FAMOUS SARDINIAN RESORTS FOR THE TIPICAL SARDINIAN DINNER ONCE A WEEK .

THE RESORT ARE:

- RESORT "FORTE VILLAGE”

- RESORT "STARWOOD”

- RESORT “I GRANDI VIAGGI”.

FROM 2010 TO 2014 I TOOK OVER A PARK WITH RESTAURANT AND BAR DOING A 80 PAX COVER AVERAGE DAILY ONLY FOR THE SUMMER SEASONS.

IFROM JANUARY 2014 TO APRIL 2014 I WAS IN CAPETOWN SOUTH AFRICA TO HELP MY SON TO OPEN UP HIS OWN ITALIAN RESTAURANT.

ALWAYS IVE HAD THE PASSION OF COOKING PUTTING INTO IT BODY AND SOUL.

IS THE ONLY WORK TAHT LET ME FEEL HAPPY AND MYSELF.

MY STYLE IS TIPICAL MEDIATERRENEAN CUISINE OF MEAT AND FISH. .
