I started my journey with food on my grandmother's kitchen. Since I was very young I started to become interested in baking cakes to make people happy.

I have been a chef for 2 years now and started cooking professionally at Tradewind Expresso. The reason I love cooking is because I have always associated food with sharing good moments with the people I love weather is in my home country or in a different one.
