A real foodie, Mostly using seasonal and local food for creating memorable experiences.
I am a versatile, energetic chef who finds inspiration in flavours from all over the world. For the past 9 years I have had the pleasure of cooking in pubs, members clubs, restaurants, contract catering and privately for a family of 5. These experiences have given me the confidence to cook anything right from comfort food to fine dining. I have a passion for cooking with seasonal, fresh ingredients and thoroughly enjoy creating Mediterranean, Modern British and Low Carb dishes.
My wish is to continue to exercise and develop my skills in cooking at a high level in the food industry. I would love to continue my work as a private chef and create bespoke dishes and menus that really wow my clients.
