Passionate chef focused on creating delicious and balanced food.

I am a professional chef with 13 years of experience in the culinary world. I studied at Box Hill Institute in Melbourne and in 2008 I joined the restaurant Attica. After two and a half years, I wanted to see the world and began travelling. I worked through kitchens in Southeast Asia, Europe, USA and Canada. I spent time in New York opening the restaurant Contra on the L.E.S. My travels took me to Berlin where I was based for three years. There I began working as a private chef on yachts sailing the Mediterranean and in villas in the south of France. I moved to Manchester in 2017 and began working at the restaurant Where The Light Gets In which I continue to work today.
