I am a professional chef with 31 years of experience in the international culinary sector. I worked in high-level restaurants and hotels. I know traditional Italian, Mediterranean, International and French cuisine. I know working: fish, meat, pastry, bakery and pizza. I like sharing my experience by teaching, doing counseling and cooking lessons. Preparation of a la carte menus, buffet, personal management and suppliers. Start up of restaurant. I wrote a book along with 14 other star food colleagues, opened up and started many restaurants.
